Part of a series inspired by “Aphrodite” (Venus), Goddess of Love, born on the Island of Cyprus. 

This piece was created by over-painting dots on a completed figurative painting. The subtle tones & textures of the under-painting create interplays of light that change as the viewer moves, and the bright sun and blue of the oceans/sky create visual contrast between the dots and the traditional painting.
